Every Workflow Below Is Running in Production

Not mockups. Not demos. These run my own business operations every day. When you hire me, you get the same quality — scoped for your specific problem.

📧

Email Triage + Routing

Inbox drowning you? Every email treated like it needs immediate attention.

Every incoming email is classified by an LLM: urgent vs. routine vs. promotional vs. escalation. Urgent things page me immediately. Routine items get bulked into a daily digest. I never touch my inbox unless something actually needs me.

How it works: Connects to Gmail via IMAP. New emails trigger classification. Escalations go to SMS/email. Everything else lands in a nightly digest.
Nightly digest • zero manual triage
🔥

Lead Intake + Qualification

Leads slipping through the cracks. No idea who's hot until it's too late.

Every incoming inquiry — web form, LinkedIn, email — is scored against BANT+Fit criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline, Company Fit). Hot leads get a personal reply within the hour. Cold leads enter a nurture sequence. Everyone gets followed up with, nobody gets forgotten.

How it works: Web form submits to our API. LLM scores against 5 criteria. CSV tracks every lead. Hot leads fire an immediate response. Sequences trigger on a timer.

Support Ticket Summarization

Support emails pile up. Agents spend more time reading threads than solving problems.

Every new support email is matched against a knowledge base of known solutions. The system pulls the most relevant KB article and presents it inline. If sentiment is negative, or the issue is urgent, or there's no KB match — it escalates to a human with a full context summary so I'm not starting from zero.

How it works: Polls support inbox every 30 minutes. TF-IDF vector matching against KB. LLM generates summary if matched. Escalation triggers on negative sentiment or no match.
30-min digest cycle • KB-matched

Social Content Scheduler

You know you should be posting. You never have time to find good content.

RSS feeds from Hacker News, TechCrunch, Ars Technica, and Product Hunt are scanned daily. Articles are scored by relevance using a hybrid rule + LLM system. Top-scored articles get LinkedIn and Twitter drafts auto-generated. Nothing goes live without my review — but the hunting and drafting is done.

How it works: Fetches 4 RSS feeds daily. Rules pre-filter by keyword. LLM scores relevance 1–10. Top picks generate platform-specific drafts. Queued for human review before publishing.

Meeting Prep Assistant

Walking into meetings unprepared because there's no time to research everyone.

Paste in a meeting title, attendees, and agenda. Get back a full pre-meeting brief: who you're meeting, their company context, talking points generated from the agenda, and questions to ask. 90 seconds of input instead of 45 minutes of Googling.

How it works: Takes structured meeting info (title, time, attendees, agenda). LLM generates contextual brief with talking points and questions. Outputs a markdown file saved to the briefs directory.
Manual trigger • ~90 sec to brief

Invoice Follow-Up Automation

You're owed money. Following up feels awkward. So the invoices just sit.

Outstanding invoices tracked by due date in a CSV. When an invoice goes overdue, escalating reminder emails fire automatically — friendly at day 1, firm at day 7, urgent at day 14, final notice at day 30. At day 60, I get notified to handle it personally. No awkward chasing emails. No deadbeat clients.

How it works: Invoice CSV with due dates. Cron checks daily. Ladder: day 1 / 7 / 14 / 30 / 60. Emails sent via Gmail. Human notified only at escalation threshold.
CSV-based tracker • 4-step escalation

CRM Auto-Population

CRM stays outdated because nobody has time to manually enter every contact and deal.

Polls your email inbox for signals: meeting confirmations, new contact additions, deal-related emails. Classifies them by type (meeting / contact / deal) and creates CRM records automatically. Your CRM stays current without any manual data entry.

How it works: Polls Gmail via IMAP. Detector classifier tags emails by type. Airtable REST API creates/updates records. Deduplication prevents duplicate entries.
Gmail → Airtable pipeline • auto-deduped

How We Work Together

Custom builds scoped and delivered in 1–2 weeks. No retainers required. No black boxes.

01

Discovery Call

30 minutes. You describe the operation burning time. I tell you if it's automatable, what it would take, and roughly what it costs. No pitch.

02

Scoped Proposal

I write a detailed spec: what the workflow does, what it requires from your side, what it delivers, the timeline, and the price. You approve before I start writing code.

03

Build + Deliver

1–2 weeks. You get production-ready code, run documentation, and 30 days of support. Source code is yours. No lock-in.

04

Iterate or Walk Away

If it works and you want more, we talk about ongoing ops or a broader workflow suite. If not, you have a working workflow and we part ways. No hard feelings.

What I Don't Do

Being upfront about scope avoids problems later. These aren't what I build.

Consumer apps, mobile apps, or consumer SaaS products
Prompts or prompt libraries — I build systems, not cheat sheets
"AI strategy" consulting without a deliverable attached
Ongoing managed services at low price points — custom builds only
Work where the business problem isn't clearly defined
Supercomputer infrastructure — I use existing models and APIs

Simple, Upfront Pricing

No hourly billing surprises. Price agreed before I touch a keyboard. Scope documented before I write code.

Tell me what's burning

No sales call. No pitch deck. Just a conversation about whether I can help. If I can, we figure out what that looks like. If I can't, I'll tell you.

I respond within 24 hours. If it's urgent, email directly.
